We believe in transparent and honest quotes at all times so we have put together an average price guide for internal small, medium and large sized rooms.

Examples of small rooms: Downstairs toilet, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, utility room

Examples of medium rooms: Single bedroom, family bathroom

Examples of large rooms: Master bedroom, living room, kitchen

Please note that these are only average prices and due to every job having different specifications and requirements these prices should not be taken as final quotes

Re-Plaster walls

Skim over existing plaster on walls to leave a smooth finish (materials included)

Small sized room: £300 - £500

Medium sized room: £500 - £750

Repair and
re-plaster walls

Repair damaged walls with undercoat plaster and skim to leave a smooth finish (materials included)

Small sized room: £500 - £700

Medium sized room: £750 - £1000

Large sized room: £1000+

Plasterboard and skim walls or float and set

Apply plasterboard and skim walls or apply undercoat plaster and skim walls to leave a level and smooth finish (materials included)

Small sized room: £750 - £1000

Medium sized room: £1000 - £1500

Ceilings

Overboard and skim ceiling

Install plasterboard over existing ceiling and skim to leave a level and smooth finish (materials included)

Small sized room: £300 - £600

Medium sized room: £600 - £800

Large sized room: £800+

Replace existing ceiling

Remove existing ceiling, install new plasterboard and skim to leave a level and smooth finish (materials included)

Small sized room: £400- £750

Medium sized room: £750 - £1000

Large sized room: £1000+

Potential extra costs to bear in mind

Wallpaper removal - All wallpaper needs to be removed from walls and ceilings before plaster can be applied. We can offer this service but prices vary depending on the size of the room and texture of the wallpaper.

Waste removal - We can help with the removal of waste from smaller jobs but a skip hire may be necessary for larger jobs.

Scaffolding and towers - A scaffold or tower may be necessary depending on the size of the job. We are happy to help with organising the hiring of the scaffolding.
